step1: 

brew install lrzsz

step2：在/usr/local/bin  路径下配置两个sh,之前从网上找到的直接用都不对，下面这个是调试过的正式可用的

step3: 建立软连接

sudo ln -s /opt/homebrew/bin/sz /usr/local/bin/sz
